Ah, the great New Zealand! There are so many great things that associate me to this great country. It would take me a whole day to elaborate on the subject why I think that this country is the heaven in Earth for those who know how to enjoy life to the fullest. Instead, I’ll try to express my thoughts in short. Great beaches, breathtaking landscapes, interesting architecture, great food, the unique Manuka honey, characteristic flora and fauna and exquisite wines.

As a true wine enthusiast and vowed wine tourist, who is always on the look for a new, great wine destination to explore, I must admit that what attracts me to this country the most is the great wine. When it comes to wine, as an experienced sommelier, my vote goes to the Sauvignon Blanc wines from Marlborough, one of the best known wine regions in New Zealand.

To be honest, when I can only dream of traveling to New Zealand (during the periods of the year when you can find me only on home-work, work-home relation), I spend my free, relaxing moments on the terrace of my house, with a plate of good food and a bottle of Angel Cove Sauvignon Blanc. It is the characteristic and delicate taste of this great wine sample from New Zealand, my imaginative ticket to some of the greatest beach restaurants in the well-known wine region in this country, Marlborough. I immediately picture myself enjoying the warm wind passing through my hair while soaking up the morning sun with a glass of Angel Cove Sauvignon Blanc.
